PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROJECT
“The project was implemented by our consultants for Çalık Enerji company. Reporting of data on such breakdowns as time, unit and indicators related to budget accounts and annually set performance goals was provided using Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The existing structure was analyzed, application data and manually entered data were examined and the design of a data warehouse was developed within the scope of the project. Packages for cleaning and transferring data from applications were developed, and MDS tool were used to manage the data entered manually.
Thanks to the Reporting Services (SSRS) technology, Çalık Enerji’s annual performance target Booklet is now available automatically. PerformancePoint summary reports for administrators were developed to be obtained through SharePoint portal. Employees can also develop reports using Excel Pivot Table and Pivot Chart technologies.”
