MEETING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ROKETSAN INC.
A software was developed to presenting information on the venue of in-house meeting and seminars of Roketsan Inc., booking participation by employees according to their authority and managing the meetings from a single point.
This system provides follow-up with meeting topics, in-house and outside participants and important decisions taken at the meeting. The issues of overbooking and availability of Roketsan meeting rooms have been resolved thanks to this software.
