Existing software applications and software development process of Yapıtek İnşaat Construction Company were analyzed. Source code and software development process management were moved to Team Foundation Server and split into disciplined according to the work plan prepared on basis of review results.
The software development architecture was moved to a multi-layered object-oriented model. Consultancy services were provided for the code optimization.
